We are an independently run Town Planning Consultancy based in the heart of Manchester, specialising in providing impartial planning advice which is both precise and cost effective. We keep our overheads low so that we can offer one of the most competitive rates in the area! It is our philosophy that long-term relationships are more important than short-term gain.

All work undertaken on your behalf will be supervised by a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI), awarding added security and safety, in the knowledge that you are being provide a truly specialised service regulated by the RTPI Professional Code of Conduct. We are also fully indemnified offering a further level of protection and peace of mind.

Alexis Anderson-Jones

Managing Director

Alexis has worked in the planning field since 2006. Originally joining a private consultancy in South Manchester as a young assistant, he self-funded his education to graduate from Sheffield Hallam University as a Master of Science (Urban and Regional Planning). He has an educational specialism in Neighbourhood Management and has a proven track record of successfully negotiating and obtaining planning consent on behalf of private Clients. Alexis has been elected Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and is also one of 11 registered volunteers running the Planning Aid England system on behalf of The Royal Town Planning Institute.

In his spare time he enjoys music and dining and holds patronage of several Manchester based charities which provide assistance with homelessness, health, mental wellbeing and entrepreneurship.
